These Terms of Service are a temporary draft for demonstration purposes only. They have not been legally reviewed and are not binding. A legally-vetted version will replace them before launch.
By creating a Thrivo account or using the Thrivo platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Thrivo on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
Thrivo works with a maximum of three businesses per business category, per zip code. When you claim a slot, we will not take on a directly competing business in that same category and zip code for as long as your subscription remains active.
If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your slot is released and may be claimed by another business, including a competitor.
All plans include a 15-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins billing at the advertised rate on the cycle you chose (monthly or annual).
Annual plans are billed once for twelve months at the discounted rate. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Thrivo optimises your local search presence: Google Business Profile posts, keyword tracking, citations, and review workflows. Search rankings are determined by Google and Bing, not by Thrivo.
We do not guarantee any specific ranking position, traffic volume, or revenue outcome. Any figures shown in marketing material are illustrative, and results vary by market, category, and competition.
You retain ownership of your business information and any content you provide. By connecting a Google Business Profile or social account, you authorise Thrivo to access and publish to it on your behalf, within the scope of the plan you have purchased.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details you supply. Inaccurate name, address, or phone details will be published to directories as given and can harm your local ranking.
Thrivo uses AI to draft posts, captions, and review replies. These are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing anything published under your business name, and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your business.
You may not use Thrivo to publish misleading or unlawful content, to solicit fake reviews, or to violate the terms of Google, Bing, or any connected platform. Accounts found doing so may be suspended without refund.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current period. On cancellation your slot is released and access to the platform ends at the close of the paid period.
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
