We use your information to provide and improve the Thrivo platform, send you service-related communications, and generate SEO content and rankings reports for your business. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access and process your business listing data solely to provide the Thrivo service. We store only what is necessary to generate posts, track rankings, and manage citations on your behalf.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@thrivo.ai.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your theme preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Your credentials and business data are never stored in plain text.
