3. Google Business Profile Data

When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access and process your business listing data solely to provide the Thrivo service. We store only what is necessary to generate posts, track rankings, and manage citations on your behalf.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@thrivo.ai.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your theme preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Your credentials and business data are never stored in plain text.
